All prices quoted are exclusive of sales tax and freight and handling charges. Internet sales are subject to sales tax ONLY if you reside in the same state as TePe Oral Health Care, in this case California.

All orders under $ 100 are shipped via USPS, otherwise with UPS ground. Delivery times may vary, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within the USA. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. tepeusa.com will honor the price that is listed on tepeusa.com website. Order to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipping charges will vary as well as delivery time. Please allow more time for special request orders.
Payment is due at time of order. tepeusa.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards with no additional surcharges. Internet sales are subject to sales tax ONLY if you reside in the same state as TePe Oral Health Care, in this case California. Product sizes and use are to be recommended to patients by dental professionals.

- Delivery times will vary due to availability and stock of the products. An additional 2-3 weeks delivery time is often required. Please contact customer service at 888-644-8373 for more details.
- 6. Payment Methods
- tepeusa.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards with no additional surcharges. For your protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We do not accept C.O.D. or check orders for online orders.

- 8. Returns
- Unless tepeusa.com receives a written complaint with full particulars from Buyer regarding any defective goods or other complaints within five (5) business days from the date the goods or services are delivered, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and the delivery accepted.
tepeusa.com requires a return authorization number for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA number. Please contact our customer service department at 888-644-8373 before returning any products. We recommend that you reference your RMA number on the outside of the return package and ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such tepeusa.com does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing.
tepeusa.com offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from tepeusa.com, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted.
We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.
