TePe® National Dental Hygiene Month Review & Photo Sweepstakes


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The TePe National Dental Hygiene Month Review & Photo Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by TePe USA, Inc. ("Sponsor").


2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.


3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 25, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor between October 26, 2026 and October 31, 2026.

4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit TePeUSA.com and submit a new review for any eligible TePe product that includes:

  • A written product review; and 
  • At least one original photo related to your use of the reviewed product.

Eligible reviews must be submitted and approved in accordance with Sponsor's review guidelines.
Each eligible review that includes a photo will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

5. Entry Requirements
To be eligible:

  • Reviews must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. 
  • Photos must be the entrant's original work. 
  • Photos may not contain material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringe upon the rights of any third party. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or Sponsor's review policies. 

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of reviews submitted.


6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a TePe So Easy Bundle consisting of:

  • One (1) EasyFit® Purple 20 Pack

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $138.00
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.


7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place between October 26, 2026 and October 31, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the review submission.
The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide a valid shipping address.
If:

  • The potential winner cannot be contacted; 
  • Notification is returned as undeliverable; 
  • The potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification; or 
  • The potential winner is found to be ineligible, 

Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.


9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, submitted review, photograph, and likeness for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.


10. Grant of Rights
By submitting a review and photo, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted review and photo for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes.
Entrants represent and warrant that:

  • They are the creator and owner of the submitted content; 
  • Their submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
  • Any identifiable person appearing in the submitted photo has authorized such use. 

11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or corrupted entries; 
  • Technical malfunctions of any kind; 
  • Human or technical errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or
  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. 

12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.


13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at TePeUSA.com.

14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.


15. Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after October 31, 2026, to:
