*All products may be returned for full refund within 15 days of receipt, subject to the following terms & conditions:

  • All returns must be authorized by a TePe Customer Care Representative (see Product Return instructions below)
  • Due to the hygienic nature of our products, products must be returned in sellable condition and in original TePe packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases of damaged merchandise or if incorrect orders are shipped in error.

 

Product Return Instructions:

  • A TePe Customer Care Representative MUST authorize all returns.
  • To Request Return Authorization, please call us at 714-991-6700 to initiate your return request.
  • If you received the incorrect items or damaged products, please contact us at 714-991-6700.
  • Please be prepared to provide the Order # and/or Invoice Number, quantities and reason for the return.
