TePe sustainable oral health products now available at Wegmans Food Markets

As of February 2021, TePe’s sustainable oral health products will become part of the carefully selected assortment at Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. The TePe sustainable range is made from renewable sources and manufactured by use of 100% green energy at the production plant in Sweden.

Yildiray Bilgic, TePe USA Country Manager, said, “We are delighted and proud to be able to supply consumers with our sustainable, high-quality oral health range through the well-renowned Wegmans Food Markets. Our vision to bring healthy smiles for life fits hand in glove with Wegmans focus on health and well-being. This cooperation is a great opportunity for us to promote and contribute to people’s oral health together.”

The products offered at Wegmans are plant-based, made from the renewable sources sugar cane and castor oils – without compromising on quality, design or hygiene:

  • TePe GOOD™ Regular Toothbrush, a user-friendly brush with soft bristles and a tapered brush head for optimal reach. Available in 1pcs/blister pack and 3pcs/blister pack.
  • TePe GOOD Mini Flosser™, a pre-loaded floss holder with an easy grip and clever bite plane, which facilitates cleaning between teeth.
  • TePe GOOD™ Tongue Cleaner, which prevents bad breath and removes bacteria from the tongue in just a few strokes thanks to the three contoured cleaning blades.

TePe’s products and services are developed in Sweden in collaboration with dental experts, which explains why the brand is recommended by dentists and dental hygienists worldwide. TePe’s renowned interdental brushes have secured TePe’s status as a market leader in countries such as the UK, Germany, and Sweden.

TePe aims to conduct their work in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030. The sustainable GOOD series was introduced as the company’s first step to become carbon neutral in product and packaging by 2022. The production takes place at TePe’s manufacturing plant in Malmö, Sweden, using 100 % green energy. Part of it comes from the company’s own rooftop solar power facility – another of TePe’s initiatives for the environment.
